Delta is a Fordham University graduate and licensed NYS psychotherapist. She works with individuals, couples and groups; focusing on building deeper intimacy, and overcoming fear and social anxieties. Foundational to her work is the belief that every human experience is relational (with one’s self, others and environments), and that all of those experiences are felt and expressed through the body. Her strength is in identifying and eliminating beliefs and life perspectives that prevent people from being fully in their bodies and living with love, confidence and enthusiasm.
Delta has been a wholistic psychotherapist since 2010. She trained in plant medicine through the indigenous lineage of Maria Sabina, a Chamana from the Mazateca region of Oaxaca. Delta’s practice is deeply grounded in the relational wisdom that we nourish and heal each other. She has worked with hundreds of individuals using plant medicines in therapeutic and ceremonial settings and spends most of her time helping them integrate their experiences and restore their full expression of being. Delta works both in NYC and the Hudson Valley.
